‘Stay a little longer’, il nuovo Ep di Francesca De Fazi, dal 16 aprile in distribuzione digitale
Sarà disponibile da sabato 16 aprile su tutte le principali piattaforme digitali ‘Stay a little longer’, il nuovo Ep di Francesca De Fazi.
Pubblicato dall’etichetta discografica PlayCab, il brano verrà distribuito in oltre 250 negozi online, tra cui Spotify, Apple Music, iTunes, Amazon e Google Play.
Dopo ‘Craft songs’, album uscito nel 2019, la cantautrice e chitarrista romana torna con un progetto prodotto da Eugenio Vatta e concepito con l’Elektric Band, composta da Andrea Pagani (piano), Elio Buselli (basso) e Valter Detond (batteria), la formazione che ha accompagnato Roberto Ciotti per più di 10 anni.
“’Stay a little longer’ è un brano strumentale scritto da Andrea Pagani”, dichiara la ‘Roman Blues Woman’, “all’indomani della scomparsa del nostro amico e maestro Bluesman al quale io ho aggiunto il testo, immaginando che fossero gli stessi pensieri di Roberto nei suoi ultimi giorni. Un omaggio ad un grande musicista che ha segnato la storia del Blues in Italia”.
L’ Ep presenta altri due brani, “No more Blue”, un remake della hit di Roberto Ciotti e “Ache in my Heart” con l’affascinante interpretazione di Andrea Pagani al piano
Francesca De Fazi arrivata quasi al traguardo dei 30 anni di esperienza nella musica con un grande background in studio e registrazioni televisive, nonché spettacoli dal vivo in tutto il mondo.
“Mi aspetto di arrivare alla comunità del Blues e del Jazz in Italia e dintorni”, conclude la cantautrice romana, “per radunarsi in nome di Roberto Ciotti, a 10 ani dalla sua scomparsa, e del messaggio che ci ha lasciato: quello di amore incondizionato per la musica, senza compromessi, con il senso di libertà che la contraddistingue, una scintilla sempre accesa nella speranza che i nostri sforzi per preservare una certa cultura vengano riconosciuti”.

Head of female blues in Italy, Francesca De Fazi exported her music from Norway to Ethiopia, from prestigious stages to small clubs, always with the same interpretative vitality.
She started playing the guitar at 9 and grew up with the blues of Steve Ray Vaughan and Albert Collins, with the music of the Beatles, by B.B. King, by Jimi Hendrix and Janis Joplin.
She trained artistically in England but above all in Los Angeles, where she comes into contact with the jazz scene with the likes of Scott Henderson, she performs at the House of Blues and at the B.B.King Blues Club.
Francesca De Fazi has almost 30 years of experience in music with a great background in studio and television recording as well as live entertainment around the world. “I expect to reach the Blues and Jazz community in Italy and european”, concludes the Roman singer-songwriter, “to gather in the name of Roberto Ciotti, 10 years after his death, and the message he left us: that of unconditional love for music, without compromise, with the sense of freedom that distinguishes it, a spark always lit in the hope that our efforts to preserve a certain culture will be recognized ”.
